Who I Am

Hi I’m Danny!! I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and current law student in New York City. My path has always been about finding balance between challenge and grounding. While my legal studies have trained me to think critically and with precision, yoga has been my way to reconnect with my body, breath, and presence.

I trained at Pure Yoga, specializing in Vinyasa, Power, Hot, and Restorative yoga, with additional experience guiding meditation, breathwork, and mindful alignment. My teaching blends strong sequencing, clear instruction, and compassion. Creating a practice that meets every student where they are, whether in a studio, corporate setting, or one-on-one.

Beyond the mat, I’ve taught in group fitness studios across NYC and also lead private sessions, corporate workshops, and community events, such as sound baths. My goal is to create spaces that feel both challenging and supportive. Places where strength and softness coexist, and where students can leave feeling centered, empowered, and connected.

At heart, I believe yoga isn’t about performance. It’s about presence. It’s about the quiet moments when you notice your breath, your body, and your mind aligning. That’s the practice I share.
